I was happy with it overall. The quality is definitely good, though not quite perfect. For the price, I was hoping it would feel just a little more polished, but it’s still a solid buy if you don’t mind paying a bit extra.

I can usually find the beauty products I need on beautymnl, which is why I still check it often. To be fair, popular items do sell out fast, so I get that restocking might take time. It can be a little frustrating when I’m waiting for something specific, but overall the site is easy to use and it’s simple enough to check back once in a while.

My order was mostly correct, but one of the items was wrong. I get that mistakes happen, but I’d appreciate the company taking responsibility and making it right without making the customer chase them down.

Am I the only one who gets suspicious when the packaging looks different? The one I received didn’t look like my usual one, and the smell seemed a bit off too. I wasn’t totally sure if it was legit, and customer support took a while to get back to me, which didn’t really help

I’ve noticed the prices seem a bit higher lately, and whenever I try using promo codes, they barely make a difference. It just feels kind of disappointing, if that makes sense.

I ordered from beautymnl.com and the whole return thing was such a hassle. The item came damaged, so I reported it right away and sent photos because that’s what you’re supposed to do, I guess.

But then support kept asking me almost the same questions again, which made no sense to me since I already sent the details. They just kept telling me to wait, and then weeks went by with no clear answer about my refund.

I had to keep following up just to get a basic reply, and it became really stressful for something that should’ve been quick. Maybe it was just my order, but still, I don’t think I’ll order from them again.

I placed my order and paid already, but now it’s been so many days and I’m still waiting. after the payment went through, it feels like there’s been no real update or urgency, which makes me a bit distrustful. I just want to know where my delivery is.

My order showed up on time, but the box was dented and already partly open. One of the items leaked a little too. Everything was still usable, but yeah, I expected better packaging for beauty products. Not sure I’d order again anytime soon.
